Motivation

In a rapidly growing and increasingly international Skellefteå, the recruitment of competent staff is one of the biggest challenges. Prelocate has taken this into account when offering companies support in the establishment process for new employees, in order to both attract and retain competent staff. The goal is to increase well-being and the conditions for a meaningful life, both for new employees and families who move to Skellefteå to work in the Skellefteå of the future.

The people behind Prelocate have really found a niche that is both unique and right on time. With their expertise in the field, they have all the prerequisites to both grow themselves and become an important factor in Skellefteå’s growth.

Motivering

I ett snabbt växande och allt mer internationellt Skellefteå är rekryteringen av kompetent personal en av de allra största utmaningarna. Det har Prelocate tagit fasta på när de erbjuder företag stöd i etableringsprocessen för nya medarbetare, för att både attrahera och behålla kompetent personal. Målsättningen är att öka trivseln och förutsättningarna för ett innehållsrikt liv, både för nya medarbetare och familjer som flyttar till Skellefteå för att jobba i framtidens Skellefteå.

Människorna bakom Prelocate har verkligen hittat en nisch som både är unik och ligger helt rätt i tiden. Med sin kompetens på området har de alla förutsättningar att både växa själva och bli en viktig faktor i Skellefteås tillväxt.
